Xingyu Co., Ltd. Signs Phase II Investment Agreement in Serbia

On May 27, 2026, Mr. Aleksandar Vučić, President of the Republic of Serbia, and his delegation attended an investment-intent symposium and a signing ceremony for partnering enterprises in Jiaxing. Xingyu Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the event. During the meeting, Mr. Xu Xiaoping, the legal representative of Xingyu Serbia, signed the Phase II investment agreement for the Serbian factory with Ms. Adriana Mešarović, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Serbia, on behalf of the company.

As a Chinese independent brand enterprise, Xingyu Co., Ltd. has always been committed to global expansion. Xingyu Serbia serves as a key production and technological base for Xingyu in Europe. In May 2019, witnessed by President Aleksandar Vučić and Chairperson Zhou Xiaoping, Xingyu Co., Ltd. signed the Phase I investment agreement for its Serbian factory, which was officially completed and put into operation in 2022. The facility currently serves clients such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and Škoda.

With the continuous expansion of its business operations, following the successful implementation of Phase I of the Xingyu Serbia project, the company applied for a Phase II investment project with the Serbian government. The project covers intelligent automotive lighting and electronics operations. This signing marks a further deepening of Xingyu’s strategic footprint in Europe. Xingyu will continue to accelerate technological innovation, optimize its global layout, serve customers worldwide, and advance steadily on its path to globalization.
